Personal Log 2486 was the year the Galactic Coalition branded me a traitor. Sadly I concurred with their assessment. I still commanded the Yorktown taskforce but we were renegades. Our goal was a simple one Restore the GCP
The Catherine Kimbridge Chronicles #7 Renegades eBook Andrew Beery
The saga of Cat Kimbridge continues. The GCP is corrupt, aliens mean harm to everyone, and at one point we have a ship orbiting at 700 KM or "twice the distance from the Earth to the Moon...." Fortunately for us, the moon is actually more than 364,000 KM at its closest approach and twice that would be more than 700,000 KM. Imagine the high tides we'd have otherwise.... Little mistakes like this bother me and detract from an otherwise adequate story.Product details

The Catherine Kimbridge Chronicles #7 Renegades eBook Andrew Beery Reviews
Better. I had put Cat Kimbridge on my back burner but I'm glad I brought her back out. This was a good continuation of the series.
Finally, the next installment of the Cat Kimbridge Saga. This new book clears up a great deal from it's predecessor. Good action and the introduction of some new characters. Well Done Mr. Berry!
Always look forward to these installments as this is an awesome story line. However I do wish they were longer stories. I always recommend this series to my friends because of the enjoyment I get from reading this series. Thank you for your delightful efforts and am looking forward to the next portion.
This series has new life. I got lost in this series a few books ago and was not that happy. The new direction and what I fell is a return to past action levels has again sparked my interest. I hope this continues. Great Job!
As quite a few people know, I have been reading sci-fi for over seven years. This was a very, very good book. The characters were very believable and exciting. I can't w until the next book comes out.
I have read all the Cat Kimbridge books and have enjoyed them all. Wimpy the AI station is a player all by himself. Cat leads her loyal fleet to save another race doomed to extinction by the GCP and she comes in and takes the charge away from GCP. Now steps in a new alien race and more twists to the complicated mess that she is trying right from the path of this new races conquering of worlds and GCP trying to make their own idea of society. Good read.
Very good story, but the editing errors are horrendous! Far too much reliance on "spellchecker" and not enough on proofreaders and editors. It makes an otherwise good book seem like a six-year old did the proofing. Constant use of effect instead of affect is just the mildest of things that make my skin crawl. Snippers? Oh. Snipers. The story is worth far more than this poor presentation.
